1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a premium access pass or using paid features of YKI Mock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your payment constitutes acceptance of all terms described herein. These terms are referenced on your payment receipt.

2. Permitted Use

YKI Mock is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use for the purpose of practicing for the YKI Keskitaso language exam. You may not:

• Use the platform for any commercial purposes, including reselling access, offering paid tutoring services using our content, or redistributing AI evaluations.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single premium account.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content, questions, or AI-generated evaluations from the platform.

3. Fair Usage Limits

To ensure a quality experience for all users and to prevent abuse, the following fair usage limits apply to premium accounts:

• AI Writing Evaluations: Maximum 20 evaluations per day. Normal study usage is well within this limit.
• Kamu AI Coach: Maximum 120 minutes of active conversation per day.
• KieliSisu Practice: Maximum 120 minutes of active practice per day.
• Speaking Evaluations: Maximum 15 session evaluations per day.

These limits represent generous allowances for genuine study. A typical user will never reach these limits during normal practice.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Enforcement

The following behaviors are considered abusive and may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from the platform without refund:

• Excessive automated use: Using the platform in ways that exceed fair usage limits repeatedly or systematically.
• Abusive content: Submitting offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content to the AI evaluation system.
• System manipulation: Attempting to circumvent usage limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or abuse the AI systems.
• Account sharing: Allowing unauthorized access to your premium account.

Users who exceed fair usage limits will receive a warning. Continued violation after warning may result in account suspension. Severe or deliberate abuse will result in immediate permanent ban.

5. Account Suspension & Bans

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. In case of a ban due to abuse:

• No refund will be provided for the remaining premium period.
• All account data may be deleted.
• You may not create a new account to circumvent the ban.

6. Payment Terms

By completing a payment for premium access, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and accepted these Terms of Service.
• You understand the fair usage limits described above.
• You will use the platform only for personal, non-commercial language study.
• Violation of these terms may result in loss of access without refund.

1. Who We Are

YKI Mock is operated by Noboni (Business ID: 3154702-5), based in Helsinki, Finland. We provide an AI-powered practice platform for the YKI Keskitaso language exam.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: Name, email address, and authentication method (Google or magic link).
• Practice data: Your writing submissions, speaking recordings, AI evaluation results, and progress history.
• Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Usage data: Pages visited, session duration, and feature usage for improving the platform.

3. Consent to Store Content

By creating an account and using the platform, you consent to the following:

• Speech recordings: Audio recordings you produce during speaking practice sessions are stored on our servers for playback, evaluation, and progress tracking.
• Writing submissions: Written text you submit during writing practice sessions is stored on our servers for evaluation, review, and progress tracking.
• Other data: Any information you provide through the platform (profile details, preferences, learning goals) is stored for the purpose of delivering and personalizing the service.

4. Consent to Use Data for Platform Improvement

You consent to your practice data (writing submissions, speaking recordings, evaluation results, and learning progress) being used to improve the platform, including but not limited to:

• Improving AI evaluation accuracy and feedback quality.
• Developing new practice features and content.
• Analyzing usage patterns to enhance the user experience.
• Generating anonymized, aggregated analytics.

5. Consent to AI Processing

By using our AI-powered features, you consent to the following:

• Your writing submissions and speaking transcriptions are sent to third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) for evaluation and feedback. These services process your content but do not use it to train their models.
• Your name and learning progress (current level, practice history) are shared with AI services to provide personalized feedback and coaching.
• Personal registration data (email, authentication details) is never shared with AI services.
• AI services receive only the minimum data necessary to provide evaluation and coaching functionality.

6. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — authentication (if you choose Google sign-in).
• Anthropic (Claude) & OpenAI — AI-powered evaluation, content generation, and speech transcription.
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech voice synthesis for AI coach voice practice.

7. Email Communications

We send two categories of email:

• Transactional emails — login links, payment receipts, and account/exam notifications necessary to operate your account. These cannot be disabled while you have an account.
• Marketing emails — occasional tips, offers, and new feature announcements. By registering, you consent to receive marketing emails by default. You can opt out at any time from the Communication Preferences section of My Page, with no effect on your access to the platform. We keep a compliance record of all consent changes.

8. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in Europe. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Practice recordings and writing submissions are stored securely and accessible only to you (and shared via links you explicitly create).

9. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time, including marketing email consent.
• Request deletion of all your recordings and writing submissions.
• Lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.

7-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your premium access pass, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of payment.
• To request a refund, send an email to the contact address below with your account email and payment details.
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• After the 7-day window, purchases are non-refundable.
